Define what type of information a Scene stores and recalls

Scene Icon
Click the icon thumbnail to open the icon browser and select an icon.
Scene Name & Position
This is what will appear under the button when "Show Scene Names" checkbox is ticked in Preferences / UI. The Scene Position is the order from top-left (position #1) to bottom-right in the Scene panel.
Affected Layer Types
Scenes can store the entire state of NUCLYR for instant recall during your future sessions. There are 5 layer types available in NUCLYR: Video, Effects, Camera, External Input and Browser Layers.
Sometimes it is beneficial to only save/recall only specific layer types during a performance. For instance, you might want to only change the Effects layers in the stack so your visuals continue running while you swap out a new set of effects in preparation for your next track. To provide maximum flexibility, any combination of layers can be stored and recalled.
Layer Stack & Playlist Checkboxes
These determine what information is saved with the Scene. Tick the Layer Stack box if you want to store the Stack for later reacll. Tick the Playlist box is you want to store the playlist with the Scene.
User Playlist Selection
When storing a playlist there are two general optoins in this pull-down: Use Tags or Use Playlist
Use Tags: This will load all visuals associated with the tags selected when you store the Scene. If you add more visuals with those same tags in teh future, recalling the Scene will add those to the playlist.
Use Playlist: If you have modified the playlist in any way and want to recall it exactly as it appears at the time you store the Scene, use this selection. For instance, you might drag the videos up/down the playlist to rearrange the order or you might remove some of the videos from the playlist. To restore that exact state you need to Use Playlist.
