Envelope Properties

Select this panel to adjust trigger modes, envelope controls, autopilot settings, layer timing and to use the cell selector.

Layer/Cell Switch

Determines whether the changes made using other layer controls will b applied the ALL Cells in the Layer or just the selected Cell.

Envelope Controls

Determines the strength of the transition and timing of mixing cells as they are triggered.

Auto-Pilot Controls

Enables the auto-pilot to step through the grid at a specific frequency (Step Length). Max Polyphony determines how many cells can be triggered at once. Use the Randomize button to randomly step through the grid. Engage CUE-LINK when you want the auto-pilot to restart when you set the downbeat in the Base Layer using the master CUE button.

Time-stretch, Tempo Multipliers & Layer Quantize

Engage the time-stretch to automatically adjust the clip playback speed to match your running BPM. Set the quantize level to snap all triggering and button actions for the layer to the nearest value set using the pull-down. Tempo-multipliers change the playback speed of all videos in the grid from -200% to + 200% - Set to "G (Global)" to lock this setting to the master multiplier setting located in the Base Layer.

Cell Selector

Moves the selection of the cell in preparation for triggering. Use the "target" button to force trigger the cell when the selection buttons are used. Use these with MIDI sequencers to create rhythmic playback patterns that go beyond the auto-pilot options.
